Founded in the year 2000, EURICE – European Research and Project Office GmbH provides comprehensive support for the design, management and implementation of large international collaborative research and innovation (R&I) projects. With more than 25 years of experience in EU Framework Programmes, EURICE has contributed to more than 250 European and international R&I initiatives, including over 100 Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe projects. The company brings extensive expertise in integrated project management and collaborative innovation, with a strong focus on knowledge valorisation, intellectual asset management, stakeholder engagement, science communication and capacity building. Through its interdisciplinary team and integrated, impact-oriented approach, EURICE helps research consortia translate scientific results into sustainable societal, economic and policy impact.

Role within AIRIS
Within AIRIS, EURICE plays a central role in driving effective project implementation, strategic innovation management and the long-term impact of project results. As lead of Work Packages 7, “Innovation Management: Communication, Dissemination, Exploitation”, and 8,“ Project Management and Scientific Coordination”, EURICE coordinates project management, governance, quality assurance, risk monitoring and reporting, while supporting the consortium in administrative, financial, contractual and legal matters. In parallel, EURICE leads communication, scientific dissemination, stakeholder engagement and exploitation activities, including the management and protection of intellectual assets, and the development of business models and go-to-market strategies. Dedicated monitoring and results-management structures support transparent decision-making and systematic tracking of project progress and outputs. EURICE also facilitates links with relevant research, innovation and policy networks to maximise the uptake, visibility and sustainability of AIRIS results.
